Sheri Caseau
Water Resource Planner
Sheri carries out the MVC's surface water monitoring program, monitors Innovative/Alternative (I/A) systems for nitrogen reduction, assists in DRI reviews, and provides education and technical support to town boards and citizen action groups.

Maggie Craig
Biochar Specialist
Maggie is an MV Vision Fellow, conducting an Islandwide project on biochar, a charcoal-based soil supplement made from wood waste that can build healthy soils, improve groundwater, and sink carbon. She is collecting data on the production of biochar, demonstrating how to use this technology in an ecological stewardship program, and teaching people how they can make and use biochar themselves.

Dan Doyle
Special Projects Planner and DCPC Coordinator
Dan specializes in facilitating multi-town projects, primarily dealing with climate change and resilience planning. This includes managing our Island Transportation Engineer, along with coordinating District of Critical Planning Concern (DCPC) inquiries.

Alex Elvin
Research and Publications Manager
Alex works with MVC staff, commissioners, local government agencies, and others to conduct research, collect and analyze data, and present information to the public. He also oversees regular MVC publications such as the MV Statistical Profile and MVC Quarterly newsletter and provides general staff support.

Sakiko Isomichi
Climate Resilience Planner
Sakiko supports the Island communities in implementing the Vineyard Climate Action Plan (The Vineyard Way), and acts as liaison between the MVC and various climate change committees. She also manages the pollinator landscaping project at the MVC, supervises the work of the Climate Communication Specialist Vision Fellow, and sits on the Martha's Vineyard Solid Waste Task Force.

Mike Mauro
Transportation Program Manager
As liaison to the MA Dept. of Transportation, Mike coordinates the MVC Joint Transportation Committee, oversees the Regional Transportation Plan and Transportation Improvement Program for the Island, and conducts traffic counting analyses.

Executive Assistant and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Administrator
Lucy assists Executive Director Adam Turner in the overall organization and operation of the Commission, helps other MVC staff with preparing presentation materials, is the initial contact for public relations, assists with coordinating the review of DRIs, and manages Adam's calendar.

Chris Seidel
Cartographer and GIS Coordinator
Chris provides cartographic services and spatial analysis for the MVC staff and all town departments in Dukes County. She also manages the County's Geographic Information System (GIS) online site and spatial data warehouse.

Island Housing Planner
