Approval of Minutes from December 21, 2016
Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment for Federal Fiscal Years 2017-2021.JTC is requested to vote to recommend endorsement of the TIP with no major comments received through Friday, January 20, 2017; the close of the public comment period. The TIP Amendment includes adding project 608529 WEST TISBURY RESURFACING OF A SECTION OF THE CORRELLUS STATE FOREST BIKE PATHS (PHASE 1 - DOCTOR FISHER ROAD PATH AND HOPPS FARM ROAD) and was released for public comment on Dec. 21, 2016.
Additional TIP Amendment actions:

An adjustment to remove project 604029 - OAK BLUFFS- TISBURY- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, O-01-001=T-04-001, BEACH ROAD OVER LAGOON POND DRAWBRIDGE because the final funding amount of the project, approximately $1.6 million was funded out of federal redistribution in August 2016.

Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) Adjustments for transit projects on Martha’s Vineyard (Specific transit projects and cost to be presented at the meeting)
Public Participation Plan (PPP) The PPP is proposed to be revised to reduce the public comment periods from 30 days to 21 days.
