Draft Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Federal Fiscal Years 2017-2021.Review of projects and comments on the Draft TIP and vote on removal of the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road Drainage project because this project needs to be re-scoped and new cost estimated to retain TIP/STIP financial constraint. Other potential and current TIP projects may also be discussed.
Draft Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Federal Fiscal Year 2017 Review of comments and changes to the Draft UPWP.
