Martha's Vineyard Transportation Plan - 2015

Island Transportation Plan

The Martha's Vineyard Commission worked with citizens, towns, the VTA, and others to draft a new version of the Martha's Vineyard Transportation Plan in 2015. The Island’s long-range transportation plan sets goals and strategies, and works within estimated federal and state funding to establish priorities for improvements to the Island transportation systems. All travel modes are covered: air, water, roads, bus, taxi, bicycle, and walking.

The final Martha's Vineyard Transportation Plan for FFY 2016-2040 is linked here in Adobe Acrobat format.

A survey was taken during the process with 119 people responding to the Transportation Survey. Here is a link to the results.
